Check availability
Confirm that your wallet or payment method supports withdrawals and that the feature is available to your account.
Review the threshold
Your available balance must meet the minimum and any maximum, fee, or daily-attempt rules displayed on the withdrawal screen.
Confirm your destination
Check wallet addresses, payment details, phone information, and the selected method carefully before submitting.
Complete required checks
EarnCraft may request account verification, identity or payment confirmation, anti-fraud review, or other compliance information.
Track the request
Use withdrawal history to follow the status. A submitted request is not a completed payout.

What can affect a withdrawal
Method availability
A method may be unavailable for a location, currency, account, or provider.
Fees and limits
The screen may show a minimum, maximum, service fee, or a limit on requests.
Provider processing
Banks, wallets, and payment providers can introduce their own checks or delays.
Before you submit
Confirm the destination belongs to you and can receive the selected currency or asset.
Read the amount, fee, minimum, maximum, and expected result shown on the confirmation screen.
Do not pay an unknown person to “unlock” or accelerate an EarnCraft withdrawal.
Keep task and withdrawal records until the request is resolved.

How do withdrawals work?
When withdrawals are available and your balance meets the displayed threshold, you can submit a request in the Mini App. The request may require account checks, risk review, and processing by a payment or wallet provider.
How long does a withdrawal take?
The current product guidance estimates 1–7 days after submission, but bank, payment-channel, wallet-provider, review, or compliance processing can take longer. A submitted request is not a completed payout.
Amounts, fees and request status
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
There is no single minimum for every payment method or account. The withdrawal screen combines the applicable Cash or ECX rules with the selected method’s limits. An eligible monthly ECX withdrawal opportunity may have a lower threshold, but a payment method can still require a higher amount. Check the final minimum and fee before submitting.
How are withdrawal fees calculated?
A payment method may apply a percentage fee, a fixed fee, or both. Your available balance must cover the requested amount plus the displayed fee. Review the asset, destination, exchange rate where applicable, and final amount before confirming. EarnCraft does not promise a universal fee-free payout.
Where can I check a pending withdrawal?
Open Wallet → Records in the Mini App to see the request status and payment details. A processing request has not yet been confirmed as paid or failed. The 29 August 2026 delay announcement is historical, not a live status for your order. Use Wallet → Feedback, when available, for an account-specific question.
