This notice applies to EarnCraft public pages and the EarnCraft Mini App. A task, raffle, payment method, wallet, or partner service may provide additional information about its own processing.
The information actually processed depends on the features you use, the task requirements, your device and account context, and applicable legal or compliance obligations.
Account identifiers, profile details, login records, settings, language, and support communications.
Device type, operating environment, IP address, network signals, identifiers, diagnostics, and security events.
Task views, starts, completion signals, proof, review results, cooldowns, claims, raffles, and reward history.
Referral codes, invitation relationships, channel or community actions, and fraud-prevention signals.
Selected methods, wallet addresses, payout destinations, amounts, fees, request status, and provider references.
Information or documents needed to verify identity, account ownership, task completion, fraud risk, or compliance.
Provide accounts, tasks, progress, reward claims, raffles, wallets, withdrawals, and support.
Confirm task completion and determine reward eligibility.
Review withdrawal requests and coordinate with payment or wallet providers.
Prevent duplicate accounts, automation, fake invitations, abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve product reliability and user experience.

EarnCraft may use service providers to support hosting, security, analytics, task verification, customer support, payments, wallets, communications, fraud prevention, or compliance. Providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, valid legal process, regulatory obligation, or a necessary security and fraud investigation. EarnCraft does not state that every listed category is shared in every situation.
Some tasks open a third-party channel, website, app, offer, ad, payment method, or wallet. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the destination and its policies before providing information or taking an action.
EarnCraft may receive completion, eligibility, transaction, or fraud-prevention signals from a relevant provider when needed to operate the task or feature.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including account operation, reward and withdrawal records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations.
Retention can vary by information type, feature, provider, account status, and applicable law. This public notice does not claim a single universal retention period.
EarnCraft uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information and reduce unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No online service can promise absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting passwords, one-time codes, devices, payment accounts, wallet keys, and recovery phrases. Do not include secrets in a support message or social-media post.

Choose whether to start an optional task or connect an optional wallet or provider.
Request information about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another applicable privacy right.
Stop using EarnCraft if you do not agree with the processing required for the service.
Use the support or feedback entry available in the Mini App for a privacy-related request.
Users must have the legal capacity required to use EarnCraft. A minor should use EarnCraft only with guardian consent and guidance and where local law permits.
EarnCraft may update this notice as the product, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable product or page notice.
For privacy questions or requests, use the support or feedback entry available inside the EarnCraft Mini App and avoid sending passwords, verification codes, private keys, or recovery phrases.
