For an account-specific question, use the support or feedback entry available in EarnCraft and include enough non-sensitive detail to identify the issue.

  1. Identify the feature

    State whether the issue concerns a task, reward, raffle, wallet, withdrawal, login, or account restriction.

  2. Include useful context

    Share the task or request ID, timestamp, status, and the steps you followed.

  3. Attach safe evidence

    Include relevant screenshots, but hide verification codes, passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, and full payment details.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, wallet private keys, recovery phrases, or complete payment credentials through social media or support messages.
