EarnCraft User Agreement

EarnCraft is a task-incentive platform where users may earn points, coins, reward credits, or other benefits by completing tasks, activities, invitations, check-ins, browsing, interactions, or other compliant actions displayed on the platform.

Rewards are not wages, labor compensation, investment returns, financial returns, or any form of fixed return. EarnCraft does not guarantee that users will earn rewards, nor does it guarantee reward amounts, payout timing, or withdrawal success rates.

You must have full legal capacity to use EarnCraft. If you are a minor, you should use EarnCraft only with the consent and guidance of a guardian and where local law permits.

You may not register or use EarnCraft with another person’s identity information, false information, temporary numbers, bulk accounts, or illegally obtained accounts.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes, wallet addresses, payment accounts, and related information. Losses caused by your failure to keep such information secure are borne by you.

The same user may not obtain rewards through multiple accounts, device spoofing, emulators, scripts, group control, fake invitations, traffic inflation, credential stuffing, cheating tools, or similar methods.

EarnCraft may review account behavior for security, risk control, anti-fraud, compliance, or operational needs. Based on review results, it may restrict tasks, freeze or cancel rewards, delay withdrawals, restrict login, or ban accounts.

EarnCraft displays specific task requirements, reward standards, validity periods, review methods, and distribution conditions for different activities. Actual rewards are subject to the activity page, task page, or platform announcement.

After users complete tasks, EarnCraft may conduct authenticity, validity, and risk reviews. Only tasks, invitations, interactions, or transactions confirmed as valid by the platform count toward rewards.

After reaching the threshold set by EarnCraft, users may apply for withdrawal as prompted on the page. Before withdrawal, EarnCraft may require identity verification, account verification, anti-fraud review, risk review, or tax and compliance information.

Withdrawal arrival time may be affected by platform review, payment channels, banks, or third-party services. EarnCraft is not responsible for delays, failures, or fees caused by third-party payment institutions, banks, or wallet service providers.

If EarnCraft finds abnormal activity, cheating, violations, false information, disputes, complaints, or compliance risks, it may suspend, delay, reject, or cancel withdrawals and require reasonable explanations or supporting materials.

Taxes arising from withdrawals, rewards, or other earnings must be declared and borne by users in accordance with applicable local laws unless otherwise required by law.

EarnCraft may adjust task rules, reward rules, withdrawal rules, review standards, platform features, or this Agreement based on business development, risk control, laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.

For changes involving significant user rights, EarnCraft will provide notice through page announcements, in-app notifications, pop-ups, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using EarnCraft services.

EarnCraft collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Notice. To support registration, task review, reward distribution, withdrawals, risk control, anti-fraud, and compliance review, EarnCraft may process account, device, network, task, invitation, payment, wallet, and verification information.

EarnCraft will process personal information under the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity. Where sensitive information, third-party sharing, or cross-border transfer requires separate notice or authorization, EarnCraft will provide it as required by applicable law.

EarnCraft provides task display, reward recording, review, and settlement services only in accordance with platform rules. Users should independently assess the risks of participating in tasks, invitations, raffles, withdrawals, or other actions.

Losses caused by user violations, incorrect information, third-party tools, abnormal payment accounts, or violation of local law are borne by the user.

If service interruption or anomalies occur because of maintenance, network failures, third-party services, force majeure, regulatory requirements, or security risks, EarnCraft will try to restore service but does not guarantee permanent, continuous, or error-free operation.

If you disagree with task records, reward amounts, withdrawal results, account handling, or another matter, submit an explanation and supporting materials through the appeal, support, or feedback channel available in EarnCraft. EarnCraft will review reasonable materials after receiving them.

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Both parties should first attempt friendly negotiation; unresolved disputes must be submitted to a competent authority in accordance with law.

This Agreement takes effect when a user clicks to agree or actually uses EarnCraft services.

If EarnCraft updates this Agreement or related platform rules, users will be notified by a reasonable method. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement; if you do not agree, stop using EarnCraft services.
